This one I started during class and it became an instant favorite. I added some text for an Isaiah reading that was recently in our lectionary. (Epiphany II or III, I think.) I used all the standard materials and standard styles… somehow this one just stuck out to me. I hope it sticks out to you too. 🙂 A print is available on Fine Art America. The text reads:
You shall be a crown of beauty in the hand of your Lord
and a royal diadem in the hand of your God.
You shall no longer be termed forsaken
and your land no more termed desolate
But you shall be called
My Delight is in Her
and your land married.
Isaiah 62:3-4
